Synchronizing prompts:

If a dialog comes up, students should always choose Network Home.
Before leaving a computer, log out and, if prompted, select Network Home. Until you do this, work you have done will not be copied to the file server and so will not be available to you when you log into other computers.

Logging In

For this school year, students will use three separate login systems, but as the year begins they all use the same name and password. Haiku is available to students and families to view homework and grades. Use the Intranet to log onto computers in the labs and library, and elsewhere on campus. Shoreline, the e-mail service, now employs this same login name and password. If you change your password in one of these systems, the other systems will not be changed.

To log in:
• Enter your first and last name, capitalized correctly, separated by an underscore ( _ ), like this:
Ralph_Malph
Ralph Van Law becomes Ralph_Van_Law and Brian O'Neil is Brian_ONeil.

• Enter the password you were given.
Be sure there are no extra spaces or other extraneous characters in the name or password fields.

Access the underscore by holding down the Shift key and typing a hyphen (on the top row of the keyboard, just to the right of the digit 0).
