What is the Shorecrest Booster Club? The Shorecrest Booster Club is a group of parents and friends who support ALL Shorecrest athletic programs through membership and participation. The Shorecrest Athletic Department has a rich history with intramural offerings beginning in The Experiential School of Tampa Bay and fielding more than 50 sports teams involving 85% of the Middle and Upper School students. The Booster Club's goal is to make Shorecrest athletic programs among the finest in the state.
How does the Booster Club help Shorecrest and the Athletic Department? Booster Club funds pay for items such as:
Trophies and end of season awards
Contributes annually to the Shorecrest Endowment Fund and Athletic Center
Game video production
Purchase and maintenance of athletic equipment
Recruits and coordinates event volunteers whose responsibilities include concessions, Spirit Wear, gate admission, etc.
Athletic team transportation
The Booster Club's contributions to the recurring costs are vital to the athletic program. Recent purchases include a new sound system for Haskell Field and a Game Ready cold compression injury treatment system for athletes.
As a Shorecrest family, you receive free family admission to all home games for all sports, excluding play-off games. You may upgrade your basic membership as follows:
