To deal with the synchronizing prompts:
If a dialog comes up, students should always choose Network Home.
Before leaving a computer, log out and, if prompted, select Network Home. Until you do this, work you have done will not be copied to the file server and so will not be available to you when you log into other computers.

To log in using the Single Signon:
Enter your first and last name, capitalized correctly, separated by an underscore ( _ ), like this:
Ralph_Malph
Ralph Van Law becomes Ralph_Van_Law and Brian O'Niel is Brian_ONeil.
Enter the password you use to log into a computer in the library or in a computer lab.
Be sure there are no extra spaces or other extraneous characters in the name or password fields.
Access the underscore by holding down the Shift key and typing a hyphen (on the top row of the keyboard, just to the right of the digit 0).
