FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE
Shorecrest makes all admissions decisions
without regard to financial status, and financial aid in
the form of partial tuition scholarships is available beginning
at the kindergarten level for families who demonstrate need.
(Financial aid is not available for preschool.) In determining
need, the guidelines of the School & Student
Scholarship Service (SSS) for Financial Aid are used. It
is important to note that Shorecrest may not be able to accommodate
all financial aid applicants in a given year. Students who
receive financial assistance are expected to maintain grades
of C or better and an acceptable disciplinary and attendance
record. Once a student is awarded financial aid, however,
the assistance continues through graduation, provided the
family continues to demonstrate need and the student remains
in good standing. Because need is assessed annually, the
Financial Aid Committee requires an SSS form be submitted
every year.
