Working with Marketing & Design

Graphic Design handles design and production of all external publications unless otherwise approved by the Office of Marketing & Communications. When working with Graphic Design, please follow the guidelines below:

➤ Always build in sufficient time to complete the job.
Depending on the printing process, times vary. Please contact the Director of Marketing & Communications before you begin your project for information regarding scheduling.

➤ If you need assistance writing or editing copy or need access to school stock photos, please contact the Director of Marketing & Communications.

➤ When commissioning a new project with Graphic Design, please have all copy prepared and proofread. Send unformatted via email in the body of the email or in a Google Doc.

➤ When circulating proofs through a number of readers, please consolidate all readers’ edits onto one final proof copy to go to Graphic Design.

➤ Please use the tab key to indicate indents, not the space bar.
