Together We Can Make the Difference

On Friday, September 23, 2022, the Shorecrest community is banding together to support the School on Shorecrest Giving Day. Each fall, alumni, students, parents, friends, grandparents, faculty and staff unite to support the School.
Our goal this year is to raise or exceed $250,000 on Giving Day. Your gift supports the people and programs you love by funding our most pressing needs. Community participation in annual giving is essential — collectively providing the funds needed to enrich the student experience every year.

In short: Your gift to the Shorecrest Fund makes the difference between a great education and an exceptional one.
The Shorecrest Fund is the School’s main fundraising priority and we encourage all Shorecrest families to participate annually. Gifts to the Shorecrest Fund are designed to support the greatest needs and highest priorities within our school community.

Last year, our community members contributed $860,000 to the 2021-2022 Shorecrest Fund, all of which was used to immediately enhance the classroom experience. Here are a few examples of how funds were allocated during the 2021-2022 school year:
  • Campus Improvements such as new HVAC units to improve airflow.
  • Safety & Security Enhancements such as adding St. Pete Police support for carline and campus security.
  • Technology & Innovation such as a laser cutter for the Middle & Upper School Makerspace.
  • Arts & Sciences such as digital arts supplies for the Upper School and equipment & lab materials for use among all divisions.
  • Athletics & Recreation such as improvements to the Experiential and Lower School playgrounds.

How to Get Involved
