See It to Believe It

by Michael Gillis, Director of Advancement
The old adage, "You gotta see it to believe it!" holds true with Transform. There is a growing chorus of excitement for the dynamic construction that changes daily at the crest of our campus. And I would echo and offer that participating in a Hard Hat Tour is the best way to experience it.

Some wonderful stories are emerging from dozens of families who have donned the orange construction vests and crowned themselves with a Transform Hard Hat. With the roof, ceiling and many walls already going up inside, the progress continues daily and each tour offers something new to see. Some excited faculty brought a rainbow of chalk on their tour to decorate - through tears of joy in their eyes - their eventual new classrooms reflecting on what innovative teaching and learning will happen in these spaces very soon. One passionate, Shorecrest JK dad found a spot near the new Dining Hall on his tour and said he was so moved by what he was seeing that he'd like to put up a tent and camp out awhile just to see it continue to unfold. Transform allows us to create a place of community for all.

Seeing is believing, indeed.

Transform Hard Hat Tours are daily at noon and 4pm!
