Celebrate the Arts Week Recap (Photos and Videos)

by Raffi Darrow, Ebytes Editor
Art instruction is interwoven throughout the Shorecrest curriculum. To celebrate the lessons and skills taught all year, we open the campus to the community each spring during Celebrate the Arts Week. This year, the celebration was held April 8-13, 2019.

Jennifer Manfrey was the parent volunteer who organized Celebrate the Arts for 2019. "I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make the Artist Teach-In a success." she enthused. "It truly was a team effort and wouldn’t have happened without our generous parent volunteers, patient faculty/staff and brilliant artists! The Artist Teach-In is such a unique opportunity for our students and I am so grateful we live in a community where the arts are thriving and celebrated."
