Chargers 14, SLAM 4
Will Newton '19 had 4 hits to lead the Chargers in their victory over Sports Leadership & Management (SLAM) on March 25. Newton doubled in the 1st inning, doubled in the 2nd inning, singled in the 3rd and singled again in the 5th.  Newton also pitched the team to victory.  He lasted 2 2/3 innings, allowing 2 hits, 3 runs and striking out 4 batters. Aidan Counsman '21 came out of the bullpen for 3 innings of relief. The team had 18 hits in this game with Newton, JC Barrott '22, Owen Harris '20 and Jack Zikmund '22 each having multiple-hit games.

March 26
Chargers 2, Indian Rocks 3
The Chargers fell to Indian Rocks Christian on March 26, losing on the final play of the game. With the game tied at 2 in the bottom of the 7th, Indian Rocks doubled to score the winning run. Ashton Reynolds '19 started the game off with a homerun in the 1st inning, scoring the team’s 2 runs right off the bat. Alexander Alvarez '21 started the game for Shorecrest, allowing 7 hits and 2 runs over 6 innings. He struck out 3 and didn’t walk a batter. Ethan Forsyth '19 took the loss in the game, allowing 2 hits and 1 run in 2/3 inning. He struck out 2 batters and also did not give up a walk. Will Rutledge '20 was the only other batter to collect a hit for the Chargers.

March 30
Chargers 25, Keswick 12
Owen Harris '20 drove in 4 runs in the 25-12 win over Keswick Christian on March 30. He drove in runs with singles in the first and third. Overall, the Chargers collected 23 hits, including a 4 bagger by senior Ben Berner'19. Berner and Will Newton '19 each collected 4 hits. Will Forney '19, Alexander Alvarez '21 and JC Barrott '22 also had multiple hit games for the Chargers. Barrott was also credited with the victory this game. He lasted 1 inning, allowing 1 hit and 4 runs while striking out 2. Aidan Counsman '21, Jack Zikmund '22, Jake Densa '22 and Ethan Forsyth '19 all contributed on the mound securing outs for the win. 

April 2
Chargers 10, Bradenton Christian 0
Alexander Alvarez was brilliant on the mound in Tuesday’s game vs. Bradenton Christian, throwing a NO-HITTER in leading the Chargers victory over BCS. He went 5 full innings, allowing 0 runs and 0 hits, striking out 9 batters. The Chargers tallied 14 hits in this game. Owen Harris '20, Ashton Reynolds '19, Will Newton '19 and Ben Berner '19 all managed multiple hits for Shorecrest. Harris led the team going 3 for 3.
