MS Basketball Weekly Recap

MS Green Boys Basketball vs. Northside Christian: 20-45 Loss.
The Chargers played hard, together and kept the game close for three quarters. 

MS Green Boys Basketball vs. Indian Rocks: 33-36 Loss.
The boys played well, leading the game through three quarters. There was a mixture of some solid defensive stops and traps that forced Indian Rocks into turnovers and led to some scoring opportunities for the Chargers. The game came down to the final shot that the Chargers missed by a hair which would have tied the game and sent it into overtime. Brendan W ‘26 led the team in scoring with 14 points.

MS Girls Basketball vs. Indian Rocks Christian: 20-32 Loss
Sophia D ‘26 had an amazing game. Even when IRC attempted to stop her with three defenders, she continued to make great plays.

MS Girls Basketball vs. Indian Rocks Christian: 22-32 Loss
The Chargers gave IRC all they could handle in the second game of a home and home. A gritty defense led by Mika S ‘27 and CeCe F ‘26 kept the Chargers in the game. Sophia D ‘26 and Ava G ‘27 battled on offense right up until the end of the contest.
