MS Softball Update

by Bob Folwell
MS Softball Chargers vs. Indian Rocks: 14-14.
The team really came together to play a strong game. The game began with hot bats. The hitting and base running was tremendous. There were many stolen bases, hits and RBIs. Our infielders and outfielders made a record six put outs that included great catches and accurate throws. The Chargers jumped to a 13-5 lead and ended with a 14-14 tie. They had many solid plays in the field and many solid hits and stolen bases. Lexi L. '28 pitched an excellent game and we had a Grand Slam by Riley J. '28!

Coach Folwell said, "The girls played hard, with passion, played together and had fun. The coaches and I are very proud of the team. Let’s keep riding this wave into our culminating week of the season."

MS Softball Chargers vs. Pinellas Prep: 0-10 Loss.
Despite the loss at this game, the Chargers had a double play by Lexi L. '28 and Alex L. '26.
