MIDDLE SCHOOL PUMPKIN PAINTING CONTEST

Middle School students were invited to participate in an after school pumpkin painting contest hosted by Media Specialist Mrs. Giroud. Students could decorate a pumpkin based on their favorite book or book character. All the pumpkins and supplies were provided for this fun and free activity in the Makerspace.

Faculty and staff were asked to judge the final pumpkins while they were on display in Charger Commons. Winners were announced October 28.

1st Place: Pete the Cat by Maelle G. '30
2nd Place: Oscar the Grouch by Sophia
3rd Place: The Girl Who Drank the Moon by Mana B. '30

After judging, students took their pumpkins home as decorations.
