Welcome Tyler Martin
Shorecrest welcomes Tyler Martin as an Information Technology Engineer in the Technology Department. Tyler began his career in the educational IT field as a Help Desk Technician at the FSU College of Medicine shortly after graduating from Florida State University. While at FSU he found a passion for assisting learners with utilizing and integrating technology into their courses and studies.
Following a short stint as an IT Manager at an advertising agency in Tallahassee, FL, Tyler returned to the educational world as the IT Specialist at Governors Charter Academy in 2020. After the birth of their first child, Tyler and his wife, Jaimie, moved to Jaimie’s hometown of Bradenton in order to be closer to family.
