Thespians and Wicked Stars
Shorecrest MS and US Thespians had an exciting trip to see "Wicked" at the Straz Center this month and hung out with actor Timothy Shew (The Wizard of Oz), a former "Les Misérables" colleague of US Musical Theater Instructor Mr. McCarthy.
A prequel to "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz," "Wicked" explains the backstory of the Wicked Witch and shows the not-so-good side of Glinda the Good Witch.
After enjoying the show, the Chargers met several cast members at the stage door who signed their playbills and posters.
