An Investment in your child's future

Shorecrest maintains a need-blind admission policy for all applicants, admitting the most qualified and best-fit students without regard for a family’s ability to pay. A family’s financial circumstances will never play a role in an admission decision at Shorecrest.

We understand and appreciate the financial commitment families undertake in deciding to send their children to Shorecrest.
Tuition at the best private school in town includes stellar academics, a critically acclaimed arts program, nationally ranked athletics and the most advanced educational technology from Macs to iPads to robotics. Families also benefit from a full time RN on staff, safety and security from our protection Officers, nationally recruited faculty experts in small classroom settings, social-emotional health programs to help strong minds stay focused and robust support services like The Learning Center for accommodations of learning differences, and the College Center to guide high school families through the college process.

  • any student enrolling after the school year has begun
  • or any student returning to the school after an absence of one semester or more.
Learn more and see rates here for 2020-21 school year. For those already admitted, the deadline to purchase was July 2020. Students admitted after August 1, 2020, may purchase prior to their first day of school. To purchase the plan for 2020-2021 please contact David Wylie in the Shorecrest Business Office at dwylie@shorecrest.org.

2020-2021 COVID-19 Tuition Provisions K-1

The Board recognizes that all parents experienced major disruption from the mandated move to distance learning in the Spring of 2020. However, it is clear that parents of the youngest children who have not yet started to read bore the greatest burden.

In light of uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, the Board has decided to make these one-time provisions for the 2020-2021 school year:
  • For every day school must be closed due to COVID-19, Experiential School families will be refunded 70% of the per diem tuition.
  • For every day school must be closed due to COVID-19, families with children in Kindergarten and First Grade will be refunded 50% of the per diem tuition.
Refunds are offered for times when the school must be closed for health reasons. The refund does not apply when families elect the Flexible Learning option while in-person, on-campus instruction is still offered. Please contact the Shorecrest Business Office for more details.
