The Shorecrest Fund serves as the foundation of our annual operating budget. It bridges the gap between what tuition covers and the actual cost to educate a student. It directly supports everything that makes our school special, from small class sizes to innovative academic programs, and a world-class faculty.
The Shorecrest Fund Supports 4 major areas:
Supporting faculty and their pursuit of professional development, innovative classrooms, field experiences, speakers and more!
Supporting student interests such as Athletics, Clubs, Theatre, Music, Visual Arts and Robotics.
Greenspaces, Playgrounds, Safety and Security
Unexpected challenges / expenses and emergency support.

Tuition only covers about 88% of our school's operating costs. Community participation in annual giving is essential — collectively providing the funds needed to enrich the student experience every year. Shorecrest benefits from additional resources from generous donors, providing more choices for students to pursue their passions and reach their full potential.
Every gift—no matter the size—is valued and supports our goals. Donations are used in the school year given, so earlier funds make a greater impact!
Members of our Giving Circles and Societies are recognized in printed and digital publications throughout the year.
Members of our Giving Societies are invited to and recognized at special appreciation events hosted by the Head of School.
