Shorecrest Buddies Recess Playdate

Students both large and small enjoyed a group playdate during recess on Wednesday. First grade and eleventh grade buddied-up on the Lower School playground and kindergarteners partnered with tenth graders on the kindergarten playground.
"It was awesome!" said first grade teacher Mrs. Owen. "The students absolutely loved it and so did I. I could not stop smiling seeing how much fun they all were having. And seeing my old students was the perfect icing on the cake!" First grade teacher Mrs. Carson also saw some juniors she had taught in junior kindergarten!
The Shorecrest Buddies played on climbers and swings, with blocks, in the gaga pit, in sand, with mini footballs and more!
