We are so pleased to have another wonderful group of fourth grade patrols in the Lower School. The sign-up and training process began back in May, when many third grade students volunteered to shadow with the fourth grade patrols to become familiar with the routines at Charger and Pratt. Then they were given an opportunity to sign-up to patrol this year. As a result, this year we were able to have many students ready to patrol on the very first day of school!
The patrols have been doing a great job, happily helping to greet students in the morning, walk them to their classes, and then guide them to their cars in the afternoon. At last count, there were 39 patrols. Being a part of safety patrol is an important service to our community, and we appreciate their hard work!
