Middle School News

  • Students should not bring their cell phones to school unless there are special circumstances which would necessitate a phone after school ends. Students should not have their phone out while they are on campus-before, during, or after school. Thank you for your help with this.
  • If you have a student who is sick, at an appointment, or will otherwise miss school, please email [email protected] to let the MS office know. It really helps streamline the record keeping for Linda.
  • When in morning car line, students should exit the car when it comes to a stop by the Middle School, even if it isn’t the exact spot where they would like to be dropped off. If we all are working together, we can unload 20 cars at a time and make the morning run just a bit smoother.
  • Returning families can also pick up the ERB scores from last spring. Linda has them in the office. A parent needs to sign for them.
  • Did you have great travels and experiences during Summer Vacation? Send your fun photos to Mr. Napodano for the yearbook by Sept. 15 at: [email protected]
  • Start of school physical forms are due. Every student must have a form completed by the pediatrician and the physical must have been in the last 12 months. The form is a requirement from the state of Florida and every doctor’s office has them. Seventh graders also must submit the immunization form completed by the doctor.
  • There have been a lot of website updates made to shorecrest.org over the summer. If you have bookmarked pages of the site on your computer, tablet, or mobile device, please hit your browser's refresh button and update them.
