New Student Applications - Priority Deadline Dec 1
Families who have students they wish to send to Shorecrest for 2018-19 who are not currently enrolled (e.g. younger siblings) must submit a new application. Applications from siblings of current students, and children of alumni and faculty, receive priority consideration for admissions if submitted by December 1. Applications submitted after December 1 are reviewed along with the general application pool. To apply click here:www.shorecrest.org/apply
Flexible Tuition / Financial Aid
All current and prospective Shorecrest families are eligible to apply for a tuition discount. The financial aid application is a separate process from the re-enrollment or admission application process. Families who wish to receive or continue receiving financial aid must submit a new financial aid application annually through SSS, the trusted third party Shorecrest uses to determine need. (Current recipients must submit a new application in order to be eligible for aid for a new school year.) The application portal is open now, and all financial aid applications are due no later than January 31, 2018. To apply click here: https://sssbynais.force.com/ familyportal/familylogin
Learn More About Upper School - Nov 15
Parents of current eighth graders and prospective incoming Upper School families are invited to join the Admissions Office and the Shorecrest Upper School for the Curriculum Sampler, Wednesday, November 15, 2017.
Bring your questions, and your friends who are interested in learning about Shorecrest Upper School. Hear from administrators, college counselors, faculty, parents and students about the exciting opportunities that Shorecrest ninth graders have at their fingertips. Learn about Upper School’s signature programs including the Global Scholars Initiative, the Center for Medical Sciences, and Service Week, student leadership opportunities and more.
Friend-to-Friend Referral Bonus

The OneBlood bus will be parked next to the Admissions Office on Wednesday, November 15th from 10am-2:30pm. Please mark your calendars and plan to donate! To encourage Shorecrest donors for Once Blood, Leddon Zwack '21 has arranged for every donor to receive a Chick-fil-A gift card for a FREE entree in partnership with Chick-fil-A Fourth Street. Donors will also receive a free OneBlood T-shirt, pizza and a wellness checkup, including blood pressure, temperature, iron count, pulse and cholesterol screening.
Before donating, please be sure to eat well and drink plenty of fluids. Students must be at least 16 years old with a signed parental permission form, those 17 or older do not need a form: https://www.oneblood.org/core/fileparse.php/1168/urlt/parental-permission-v3.pdf
It's a small commitment of one hour or less that will change the life for one in need. Let’s continue to unite as a Shorecrest community and give back.
