School Closed Child Care
Plan ahead for Conference Day child care. School is not in session on November 8, but child care for the half or full day is available by advance reservation. You must register a week in advance to reserve a space. (NOTE: This is not the same as after care, because there is no school that day.) Click here, to sign up https://shorecrest.

If you are picking a student up from a club and want to enter the front gate, please arrive before four o’clock, otherwise you will need to enter from the side Charger gate.
Workshop with LS/MS School Counselor: “What is Social Emotional Learning?”
Come join school counselor, Kate Fierce, on Tuesday, September 25 for an exploration of social and emotional learning. What is social and emotional learning? Why does it matter? How is Shorecrest using it? In this session, you'll learn about the critical skills students need to be successful at school and in their relationships. It will be at 8:15am in the SAC.

Please continue to send in Box Tops from your food and home goods packaging. This is an easy fundraiser for Shorecrest.

Thursday, October 11: Shorecrest Theatre presents “Puss in Boots, the Musical: a Grimm Brothers Production.” A modern adaptation of an old favorite. 1:30 performance for LS and 7pm performance for family and friends. More info coming soon!
Friday, October 19: Shorecrest Mom's Night Out Luau
Saturday, October 20: STEAMakers - Experiential and Lower School Open House. A great day for interested friends and neighbors to drop by and visit; 10am - 1pm. RSVP at www.shorecrest.org/OpenHouse.
Friday, October 26: Costume Parade and Fall Festival (more info to come on this beloved tradition!)
