When / Where to find 2026-2027 School Year Info

The information below may be found on the Parent App in each Division. The App should be your first resource for details throughout the summer.

Summer Reading & School Supplies

School-issued Technology

Middle School iPad Devices - 
Students currently in 5th and 7th grades (rising into 6th and 8th grades for the 2026-2027 school year) will keep their school-issued iPad over the summer. 
All students going into 5th grade for the 2026-2027 school year AND all Middle School students who are new-to-Shorecrest will receive their school-issued iPad for the new school year during a start of school orientation in August. 

Upper School Laptops -
All 9th graders, as well as 10th-12th graders who are new-to-Shorecrest, will receive their school-issued Mac laptop during the start of school orientation in August.

Summer & Fall Athletics

All Chargers Athletics information may be found on the Athletics Website. Required athletic forms (a NEW 2026-2027 Athletic Clearance) must be completed at least 3 days before a student can participate.

Start of School Forms

In mid-July families will receive an email prompting you to login to FACTS Family Portal to access Start of School online forms. FACTS is also where families access class schedules, grades, the Family Directory, tuition payment information, update authorized pick-up and emergency contacts, and more. Many Start of School forms were completed during the re-enrollment process in February for returning students and during the enrollment process for new students, reducing the time spent on completing forms over the summer.

Middle and Upper School Textbooks

The eCampus online bookstore will open in mid-July for the purchase of textbooks and digital materials. This information will be communicated via email as soon as it becomes available. 

Shorecrest Summer Office Hours

Shorecrest administrative offices will observe summer hours from June 2 - August 8. The Head’s Office, Admissions, Advancement, Business Office, Division Administrative Offices, and Marketing/Communications offices will be open from 9am - 3pm Mon-Thurs, and 9am - Noon on Fridays. The School Store will be closed for the summer.
