FHSAA FORMS
To All Student Athletes and Parents: Please remember that the FHSAA forms below are required for participation in any Athletic practice/match/game. FHSAA Forms may be found here: https://www.shorecrest.org/page/athletics/athletic-forms
New for 2018-2019 school year – we’ve introduced an Athletic Handbook. Please read through this and return a signed Acknowledgement form to the Athletic Department (also mandatory).

WEATHER
We all know the weather in Florida can wreak havoc to our practice/game schedules. Please check www.shorecrest.org for alerts announcing any cancellations. You can follow us on Twitter for up to date changes as well: @ChargersBeMore. Even if you are not a Twitter user, you can read our tweets or have them fed to your phone as text messages. Ask Joanna in the athletics office for assistance.
SNACKS FOR GAMES
When dropping snacks off in the Athletic Office for teams, you MUST label the snacks with the team. Remember, we have multiple teams that play every day. We are not responsible for forgotten or unlabeled snacks left in our office – parents must contact their coach to look out for them. If snacks are not labeled, we do not know which team they belong to.
