Alpha and JK Families Celebrated Valentine's Day [photos]

Experiential School News

In anticipation of Valentine's Day, signs of love and friendship emanated from Alpha's Friendly Flamingo class - they were "Feeling the Love!" The Flamingos worked hard building their fine motor strength and dexterity by cutting, peeling, and gluing objects to produce beautiful creations and cards for friends and family members. Some children painted shirts, made "mail bags," and delivered valentines to their classmates. It is abundantly clear to all that the Flamingos truly love and care for one another.

At The Experiential School Valentine's parties, families engaged in Valentine's-Day-themed sensory experiences, participated in making crafts, and enjoyed a holiday snack. Hugs, laughter, and smiles were shared in Alpha and JK classrooms as parents, guardians, grandparents, and students enjoyed spending time together. Students opened and read Valentine's that they received from their classmates with family members. From painting salt dough heart necklaces to making crazy hats to go with their painted shirts, the Alpha friends loved the festivities!
