Shorecrest School

Scholastic Art Regional Awards

US Visual Arts Upper School News

Congratulations to this year's Shorecrest Upper School student-artists who won regional Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. Nearly 1,500 student submissions in over 10 media categories were adjudicated by a panel of art judges in late December. 625 awards have been earned in our region this year.

Gold and Silver Key-awarded work will be showcased in the 2026 Pinellas County Art Region of the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards Exhibition on February 12, at Gibbs High School.

Gold Key-awarded works will go on to compete in Scholastic national adjudication, and those who earn national medals will be announced on March 25, 2026.

In addition, several of these students' works will be displayed in the student section at Art Festival Beth-El.
