Congratulations to our six senior Varsity Volleyball Chargers who led their team to a 3-0 victory on Tuesday night vs. Admiral Farragut.
The girls from the Class of 2019 were acknowledged and celebrated before match time with their families. It was a great night and our younger Chargers will miss their seniors dearly!
Up Next: Varsity volleyball is hosting St. Pete Catholic on Tuesday night at 6pm in the district quarterfinals. Per the FHSAA, the admission fee is $6 and must be paid by everyone for entrance to the game. Please come support your Chargers!
The Middle School Gold volleyball team ended their season this week with a record breaking undefeated season! After a slow start, the Chargers came back from a deficit in both games to win 25-20 and 25-22.
On Tuesday, Shorecrest hosted Admiral Farragut who proved to be the toughest opponent of the season. The girls defeated AFA in two sets, 25-20 and 25-23.

What was the secret to their success? This group of girls combined a competitive spirit, a love of the game, and a focus to work hard at practice, all while balancing school, family and other activities. This was Middle School Volleyball's most competitive season in history with a record breaking 38 girls vying for 24 spots. Congratulations to the team!
