Successful Showing at County History Fair

Upper School News


On Saturday, March 3, 26 Chargers participated in the Pinellas History Fair at Largo High School. A total of 700 students from middle and high schools from the county competed on the fair's 20th anniversary. Shorecrest has been involved with National History Day, the umbrella program, for 17 years. This year we won in both the Documentary and Performance Categories:
  • 1st Place Group Performance and Best in School: Oliver Hess '21 and Shannon Ross '21
  • 2nd Place Individual Performance: Walker Willis '19
  • 2nd Place Individual Documentary: Will Hess '19
  • 2nd Place Group Documentary: Shaherzad Chawdree '21, Julia Craig '21, Olivia Olson '19
