Key Club volunteers at Ronald McDonald House

After an exciting week of Homecoming festivities and a wonderful dance, members of Shorecrest's Key Club volunteered the next morning at Ronald McDonald House to cook and serve a meal. Monte christo sandwiches of every variation were on the menu, along with mac and cheese and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Afterwards, the group took a tour of the facility and learned about daily operations, funding, and the importance of volunteeering. 

Serving meals at the Ronald McDonald House near Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, is a favorite way for Shorecrest Upper School students to give back to the community.
